Reflection Session
A one on one space for integration, processing, and embodied reflection.
What this session is:
This session supports you in integrating life experiences, insights, or emotional material in a grounded and compassionate way.
Rather than problem solving, we focus on sense making, inner coherence, and listening to what is already present.
What we may explore:
• Recent life changes or realizations
• Emotional processing at a manageable pace
• Values clarification
• Inner conflicts or patterns
• Reconnection with intuition and self trust
What to expect:
This is a conversational and reflective space. Silence is welcome. There is no pressure to perform, explain, or reach conclusions.
Who this is for:
For those who feel the need to slow down, integrate, and reconnect with themselves without being rushed.

You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Presence is enough.
